Project-Based
Project-based pricing is best suited for clients with one-off, short-term or intermittent proposal management consulting needs. Our project-based pricing is constructed using either a by-the-hour or by-the-deliverable model that commonly uses formulation factors like complexity of work outputs, market rate of specialized skill set needed, actual dedicated work hours, percentage of total technology engagement, material costs, and travel requirements.

Partner-Based
Partner-based pricing is best suited for clients whose proposal consulting needs are generally ongoing, more complex in nature and/or indeterminate. It provides the greatest value to those who hire CCPC on a retainer basis as a longer-term partner. Powered by the consulting contract, this pricing structure is formulated using the project goals, activities, resources, timelines and deliverables established and outlined within the consulting contract.

Surge-Based
Surge-based pricing is best suited for clients in need of quick-turn and/or high-demand proposal management consulting services. Surge pricing is typically higher; however, the service quality and work output are unmatched.
